Post for March 1-2, 2017

I remember March 1-2 a bit better than I remember February 28. So, I can tell you how I feel about those two days.

I feel great about them. I worked really hard because I knew Hayley’s parents were coming to help us with renovations on Friday and Saturday and I wanted to be with them the whole time instead of doing school work while they were working on our new place. Also, these two days were the first two days of lent 2017. They went really well in both of these ways and were a joy to practice

March 1, local schools and businesses and government agencies closed in fear of a big storm brewing. Ultimately, it amounted to almost nothing, but I was holed up at church working on school while Hayley was down the hall practicing piano and working on church ministry.
